Product Trial Activation – Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

The activation is open to individuals aged 18 years and older.
Participants must reside in the US and have a valid postal address.
Only one entry per person is permitted.

2. Activation Details

The first 40 eligible individuals to sign up via the Grown Alchemist promotional form will receive one unit of our Regenerating skincare products.
No purchase is necessary to participate.
Product sent out will be determined by Grown Alchemist based on stock availability.

3. Product Dispatch

The product will be shipped to confirmed recipients within 2 weeks of confirmation.
Grown Alchemist is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage during shipping.
No exchanges or substitutions will be offered.

4. Participant Requirements

Once the product has been received, participants are to take progress photos and 1 written review as per the instructions given. These must be sent to the email address provided by 1st October 2025.
By accepting this complimentary product from Grown Alchemist, participants agree to provide photo or video content featuring the product, and that this content, along with my personal data, may be used by Grown Alchemist for marketing purposes on their website, social media platforms, email campaigns, and other promotional materials. Participants will automatically grant Grown Alchemist a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, publish, and distribute any content I provide, for marketing and promotional purposes, in any media format. Participants understand that the content may be shared with trusted third-party platforms (e.g., Instagram, marketing email providers) solely for the purpose of marketing and promotion by Grown Alchemist.
Once this material has been received, participants will be contacted with 1 week with their 20% discount code to be used on www.grownalchemist.com only. If the above material is not received, no discount code will be sent.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us here  Grown Alchemist Help Center and FAQs. Upon withdrawal, we will cease using your images in any new material. If you choose to withdraw your consent, Grown Alchemist will cease using your images or content in any new marketing or promotional materials. However, content already published prior to your withdrawal may continue to appear in existing campaigns.

Grown Alchemist reserves the right to cancel or modify this activation at any time, for any reason.
Entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, or otherwise in breach of these Terms & Conditions may be disqualified at Grown Alchemist's sole discretion.
