We’re sorry you didn’t love your Grown Alchemist products! GA welcomes you to return unused or gently used products for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order. 

 GA reserves the right to reduce the refund by the retail value of the unreturned gift with purchase if the order no longer qualifies for the promotional offer. We also reserve the right to deny any return requests or orders that do not meet the criteria for a full refund or that may be fraudulent.

We can only accept returns for products purchased directly through the Grown Alchemist website (www.grownalchemist.com). Products purchased through a Third-Party Retailer, must be returned or exchanged to the original place of purchase, in accordance with the retailer’s own return policy.

Once received and inspected, we will arrange your refund. All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
