Terms and Conditions for Grown Alchemist treatment bookings at 35 Beak Street 

  

1. Booking Confirmation 

  • A confirmation email will be sent after the booking is completed. Please review the details and ensure all the information provided is correct.  

  • Guests are required to arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment time to complete the necessary health questionnaire and relax before the treatment. 

  • Walk-in appointments are accepted, but availability cannot be guaranteed. 

2. Payment Policy 

After your booking has been made online, a member of the team will call you to confirm your booking and take a deposit over the phone.  

3. Late Arrivals 

  • If you arrive late your treatment time may be reduced to avoid delaying the next appointment. 

  • In the event of a late arrival, full payment will still be required. 

4. Medical Conditions and Preferences 

  • Guests are required to inform of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or health concerns via the questionnaire before the appointment. 

  • We reserve the right to refuse treatments if they could potentially harm the guest’s health or safety. 

5. Minimum Age Requirements 

Guests must be over 18 years of age at the time of their appointment.  

6. Personal Belongings 

We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings. Guests are encouraged to leave valuables at home. 

 

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy 

  • Cancellation Policy: 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments to avoid the full amount to be charged.  

  • No-Show Policy: If a guest does not show up for the scheduled appointment without notice, the full amount will be charged. 

  • Refunds: Refunds will only be issued for cancellations made within the required notice period (as mentioned above). 

  • Rescheduling Policy: Treatments may be rescheduled at no additional charge, provided the request is made at least 48 hours in advance. 

  • Store Closure or Unforeseen Circumstances: In case of store closure or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., power outages, severe weather), we will reschedule the treatment at no additional cost or offer a full refund. 

  • Gift Cards and Voucher: Appointments booked using gift cards or vouchers follow the same cancellation policy. No refunds will be issued for expired vouchers.
