We’re sorry you didn’t love your Grown Alchemist products! GA welcomes you to return unused or gently used products for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return the products to the below address, covering any cost of postage incurred and noting your order number in the parcel. Please keep note of the returns tracking/proof of return.

 GA reserves the right to reduce the refund by the retail value of the unreturned gift with purchase if the order no longer qualifies for the promotional offer. We also reserve the right to deny any return requests or orders that do not meet the criteria for a full refund or that may be fraudulent.

We can only accept returns for products purchased directly through the Grown Alchemist website (www.grownalchemist.com) Products purchased through a Third-Party Retailer, must be returned or exchanged to the original place of purchase, in accordance with the retailer’s own return policy.
