You have a 30-minute window after placing your order to amend your shipping address or contact number, should you need to make any changes.

This option will be available on the “Thank you for your order” page. If you have closed this page and no longer have access to it, you can also make changes through the Orders section of your Grown Alchemist customer account.

Please note that once the 30-minute window has elapsed, there will no longer be an option to amend your shipping address or contact information.
