Can I amend my shipping address after placing an order?Updated 5 days ago

Due to the high volume of emails and orders currently being processed and dispatched, we are not always able to accommodate requests to change shipping addresses.

If you would like to request an address amendment, please email [email protected] with the subject line “REQUEST TO AMEND ADDRESS {Order number}”. Our team will then contact the warehouse on your behalf. Please note that we cannot guarantee that the change will be possible.

If you have already received a dispatch confirmation, your order has been shipped and we will no longer be able to amend the address or contact the carrier to redirect the parcel.

Kindly note that sending multiple follow-up emails regarding the same request may result in your enquiry being placed further back in our queue based on the time received, which could reduce the likelihood of the amendment being actioned.
