Can I cancel my order after placing it?Updated a month ago

Due to the high volume of emails and orders we are processing and dispatching at a rapid pace, we may not always be able to accommodate cancellation requests.

If you need to request a cancellation, please email us at [email protected] with the subject line "REQUEST TO CANCEL {Order Number}". Our team will make every effort to reach out to the warehouse, but please note that we cannot guarantee the cancellation of your order. If you have already received a dispatch email it means your order has already been dispatched and we will not be able to cancel the order.

Kindly note that sending multiple follow-up emails regarding the same request may result in your enquiry being placed further back in our queue based on the  time received, which could reduce the likelihood of the cancellation being actioned.

Our customer care team operates Monday - Friday 8am- 5pm GMT.
