If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please check with members of your household, neighbors, or anyone who may have accepted it on your behalf. We also recommend reviewing any available home security or doorbell camera footage.

If your order hasn’t turned up 48 hours after being marked as delivered, please let us know and we’ll open an investigation with the courier right away.
